25-February-2008. Right hand lower wing.
Back from my ski trip, and have finished my Vans RV7 permit renewal. So work restarts on the right hand lower wing. Some varnish work and started final refit of the leading edge.
It was nice to be back out in the workshop this evening.

Brace bracket needs to be fitted before I finally fit the leading edge.
I varnished this area before fitting the leading edge.
Replacing the leading edge. I fitted clecos to every hole to ensure every thing aligned properly.

The leading edge skin is quite thick and takes a lot of bending. I had to cleco the underside in first as its not possible to pull the small edge around.
Fitting the rivets from the leading edge first .
